Information we collect

When you place an order

We ask for your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and emirate, and, if you choose to add them, your company name and delivery notes. We need this information to deliver your order, collect payment on delivery and keep you updated.

When you contact us or request a quote

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, message and, optionally, your phone number. Messages are emailed to our team and a copy is kept in the website so we can follow up. Quote requests include your name, email address, any message you add and the products in your quote list, and are emailed to our team.

When you chat with us on WhatsApp

WhatsApp buttons on this website open a chat with us in WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and we see them in our business WhatsApp account.

When you write a review

Only customers who have bought a product can review it. Your review, rating and the name you give are published on the product page.

When you create an account or use the wishlist

If you create an account, we keep your login details, saved addresses and order history. Products you add to your wishlist are saved so you can come back to them.

How we use your information

• to process, deliver and support your orders, and to contact you about them;
• to answer your questions and prepare quotes you ask for;
• to keep the website secure and protect it from spam and fraudulent orders;
• to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it’s needed to run our service:

• Delivery: your name, phone number and address are given to whoever delivers your order.
• Hosting and email: this website and its emails are hosted by Hostinger, which stores data on our behalf.
• Maps: the maps on our About and Contact pages are provided by Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when a map loads.
• When the law requires it: we may disclose information to the authorities where we are legally required to.

Cookies

This website uses the cookies it needs to work: to keep the items in your cart, keep you signed in to your account and remember your wishlist. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party content, such as the embedded Google Maps, may set its own cookies.

Spam and fraud protection

To stop automated spam and fake orders, our forms include hidden checks, and the website briefly records a coded (hashed) version of your internet address when an order is placed, to limit repeated orders from the same connection. That record is deleted automatically after an hour.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your purchase and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Contact form messages are kept only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we don’t need to keep it. You can update your details yourself in your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to confirm your identity first.

Keeping your information safe

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, access to customer information is limited to our team, and we keep the website and its plugins up to date.
