Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Mufaddal Infotech, 29 Al Nahdha St, Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

Products and information

We do our best to describe and picture every product accurately. Pictures are for illustration and the product you receive may look slightly different. Products described as “compatible” (for example compatible toner cartridges) are made by other manufacturers to work with the printer models listed; they are not original products of the printer’s brand. If you’re not sure a product suits your device, ask us before you order.

Prices

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we’ll contact you before delivering, and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Orders

When you place an order you’ll see an order confirmation, and we’ll contact you if we need to confirm any details. We may cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was wrong; because you pay on delivery, you won’t have paid anything for a cancelled order.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery: you pay for your order when it is delivered.

Delivery

• We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
• Delivery is free.
• Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days in Dubai and Sharjah, and 2–5 business days to other emirates. These times are estimates; we’ll contact you if your order will take longer.
• Please give a delivery address and mobile number where we can reach you, and make sure someone is available to receive the order and pay.

Warranty

Where a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty terms apply. If you have a problem with a product, contact us and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Quotes and IT services

Quotes we send you are for your information and become an order only once you confirm them. Installation, setup and support services are agreed with you separately, including what’s included and the price.

Reviews

Only customers who have bought a product can review it. We may remove reviews that are offensive, unrelated to the product or that include personal information.

Using this website

Please don’t misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or submitting false orders. Content on this website, including text and images, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our failing to meet these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
